Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a card to be placed on file to adhere to the cancellation and no show policy. As a courtesy, Please remember to call me as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, and I’d be happy to rebook it for you. If you fail to give me at least a 24 hour notice, you will be required to pay 25% of your service fee with the card on file !!! NO CALL/ NO SHOWS will result to the card on file being charged the full service total -if the card has insufficient funds you will be banned from booking LATE FEES : -I understand that things happen so there is a 15 min grace period -Anything after 15 min will result in an additional $15 late fee -Anything after 20 min will result in a possible reschedule or cancellation ; if I am available to still service you there will be an additional $20 late fee instead that will be added to your service total.
